Match Latch provides personal matchmaking services intended to introduce members to compatible partners for long-term relationships and marriage. Match Latch & Diamond Covenant separately offers licensed and independent wedding officiating services for couples who wish to be married by us, whether or not they were matched through Match Latch.

Our matchmaking process relies on the information, preferences, and compatibility notes you provide to us. We use reasonable judgment and available information to introduce you to individuals we believe may be compatible with your stated desires, but matchmaking is inherently a human and relational process, not an exact science.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

To use our Services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age, legally able to enter into a binding agreement, and — where marriage is the stated goal — legally free to marry under the laws of your jurisdiction. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information on any form or profile you submit to us;
• Promptly update your information if your circumstances, preferences, or contact details change;
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials or reference numbers issued to you;
• Notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use of your profile or information; and
• Take responsibility for the accuracy of the information you share with us and with any match we introduce you to.

3. No Guarantee of Compatibility or Outcome

While we are committed to thoughtful, prayerful, and attentive matchmaking, we do not and cannot guarantee that any introduction will result in a relationship, engagement, or marriage, or that any match will be free of conflict or disappointment. Compatibility is assessed based on the information available to us and our professional judgment, and outcomes ultimately depend on the individuals involved.

We do not warrant the accuracy of information provided to us by other members, and we encourage you to use discernment, ask questions, and take reasonable steps to verify important information about anyone you are introduced to.

4. Member Conduct & Safety

You agree to treat every match, staff member, and officiant with honesty and respect. You agree not to use our Services to harass, deceive, defraud, or endanger another person, and not to misrepresent your identity, marital status, age, or intentions.

We strongly encourage all members to exercise ordinary personal safety precautions when meeting a match in person for the first time — including meeting in a public place, informing a friend or family member of your plans, and arranging your own transportation. We are not present at, and are not responsible for, any in-person meeting between members.

5. Wedding Officiating Services

Where you engage Match Latch & Diamond Covenant to officiate your wedding ceremony, the specific date, location, ceremony details, and fees will be confirmed in a separate booking agreement. It is the couple's responsibility to obtain a valid marriage license from the appropriate government authority prior to the ceremony, in accordance with local law. We are not responsible for delays, denials, or invalidations of a marriage arising from a couple's failure to obtain proper documentation.

6. Fees & Refund Policy

Fees for matchmaking packages or officiating services will be set out in your individual agreement or invoice at the time of booking. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by the specific terms of that agreement. Except as expressly stated in your individual agreement, fees paid for services already rendered — including consultations, matchmaking introductions already made, and officiating services already performed — are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, the Match Latch & Diamond Covenant name and marks, and the design of this page — is the property of the Company and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from this content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Links

Our website or communications may occasionally reference or link to third-party websites or services that are not operated by us. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party site. Visiting a linked third-party site is at your own risk.

9. Privacy

The personal information you share with us — including your profile answers, contact details, and compatibility notes — is used solely to provide you with matchmaking or officiating services and to communicate with you. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Information you submit through our contact or onboarding forms is sent directly to our team for the purpose of responding to your enquiry or building your match profile.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or outcome of any introduction, match, or ceremony, and disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services, including damages arising from interactions with other members. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, employees, and officiants from any claims, damages, or expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your violation of these Terms or your conduct toward another member.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is registered to operate, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our Services shall first be addressed through good-faith direct communication between the parties before either party pursues formal legal action.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services or applicable law. The "Last Revised" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last updated. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
